Out of all my Seattle recs this one takes the cake. All day great spot - fun baked goods and coffee in the morning and the turns into one of seattles best casual farm to tables dinner spots. If you only have one day to eat in Seattle, go here!

Activites in the City
Seattle bouldering project is a super fun spot if your looking to move your body a bit. Climbing, cafe inside, yoga, you could easly post up here for a whole day and do some work as well. Other locations in seattle as well.
Epic park & views. Fun to walk around some tuesday’s there is yoga in the park - always something fun going on here!
Really just a viewpoint but a viewpoint worth seeing.

Hikes!
Easy three/four mile out and back trail with epic water falls, in the summer this is a super fun spot to swim as well!
Eight miles round trip hike with views of Seattle and out to the olympics.

The best hike, in the enchantments range but less treked then the core area.
Mt Rainer National Park ! Go here, so many hikes and scenic views with not a ton of hiking nessasary.
Quite possibly the most beautiful lake in all of Washington - would avoid on weekends. Can extend trip and do the whole enchantment loop.
