Ichiran doesn't need presentation, the most famous ramen all over the world. This ramen chain serves some delicious tonkotsu ramen and has chains all over Japan in which you orden at a machine and are isolated while eating. Style: Tonkotsu Ramen.

Musashiya
@luisvaldes
The absolute winner of this list. In two years living in Japan I never managed to find a better ramen than Musashiya.  Both price and taste remain undefeated. The amount of students (as I was) that gather here in the nights is proof of it. Style: Yokohama Iekei

Ramen Kindenmaru
@luisvaldes
In the middle of the busiest street of Shibuya you can find this cozy ramen shop where you feel transported 50 years in the past. Good and affordable. Style: Yokohama-Iekei Ramen

Gin-ya Hiyoshi main branch
@luisvaldes
This ramen place is the best alternative to Musashiya when this last one is super crowded (mostly always) and this place has tables, that we foreigners appreciate a lot to sit and chat with our friends. Even though, in my opinion, the ramen is not as good, it looks way better and more instagrammable. (That doesn't mean it is bad though, it is still delicious). Style: Yokohama-Iekei Ramen

Tsuta
@luisvaldes
Restaurant that owns a michelin star for its ramen. No more description needed. The ramen is going to be a bit more pricey than usual but it is definetely worth the experience. Style: Shoyu Ramen.

Mita Seimenjo
@luisvaldes
This place is honestly my personal favourite Tsukemen spot. The broth is thick and with strong flavor and the sides like the eggs, bamboo sprouts and meat are of extreme quality. This is a must if you are around Odaiba. Style: Tsukemen.

Menya Kokoro Shinjuku Kabukicho Store
@luisvaldes
This place doesn't really belong into Abura Soba class but into Maze Soba, the difference is really slight and couldn't explain it myself. However you will easily tell the difference if you come to eat here, both in the preparation and in the taste. Be sure to come here hungry!

BLUE RAMEN. The owner won't disclose the secret recipe to what makes the ramen blue, but we know that the ingredients are all natural and that the broth is made of chicken soup.

Mouko Tanmen Nakamoto
@luisvaldes
Same chain of spicy Ramen as the one in Shibuya. It is the favourite spicy ramen of the Japanese people and that is for a reason. If you don't tolerate spicy food, be sure to choose something below level 3 of spicy. For your own safety!

Moukotanmen Nakamoto Shibuya
@luisvaldes
The favourite spicy ramen chain for the Japanese people and it lives to the standard. The picture corresponds to a level 5 of spicyness and it was fricking hot to me, while being delicious at the same time. Level 5 is the cheapest and going down or up in the spyciness level increases the price.
