Where sto stay in Mallorca

Mallorca is a large and diverse island with four major areas. So, when deciding where to stay, consider your priorities first.

Ask yourself what type of holiday you'd like to have:

Do you want to stay by the beach and relax? Or do you prefer staying in the villages/towns to experience the island life, including shops, restaurants, and bars? Alternatively, would you like to immerse yourself in nature by sleeping in a rustic Finca? If you have enough time, you can also opt to split your stay and experience 2 or 3 different areas!

Whatever you decide, here are some of the best hotels in Mallorca I've picked for you!

P.S. Don't forget to check the map to get an idea of where the hotels are located and where the major attractions are :)

INFORMATIONS

Getting around the island

The absolute best way to get around Mallorca is by car. Not only because the distances are quite long but also because the car gives you the most freedom to explore the island on your time.

If you’re visiting during the summer, it would be better to book your car in advance!

Getting to Mallorca

Flying is the fastest way to reach Mallorca. The airport is Palma International Airport (PMI) and is situated 8 kilometres east of Palma.

When to visit

Of course the peak season would be summer months which is crowded and expensive so if you have the chance, the best months would be May or September

How many days should you stay?

The answer, of course, depends on what you want to do and see while you're on the island but I'd say a minimum of 4 days are necessary to get a good taste of Mallorca.
