The beaches on the East side are unmatched - stunning blue water and incredible views. My recommendation would be to drive up the coast and pull off any time one strikes your fancy. Food/bars all along the coast so you can't go wrong wherever you decide to pull off
One of the most beautiful properties on the island. If you do not stay here, I recommend making a lunch/dinner reservation and enjoying the property that way. Three restaurants to pick from and all have wonderful views.
Really amazing B&B to stay at if you want to feel the charm of the country-side. Home-made breakfast every morning, beautiful swimming pool, and homey feel. You will need a car to stay here
We stay close to this town while on Mallorca - full of charm, tiny cobblestone streets, restaurants/bars, and 10 minutes from the ocean. My recommendation is to walk the streets and find a restaurant that speaks to you.
The west side of the island is becoming known for "quiet luxury" and many hotels are opening that offer beautiful views & off the beaten path experiences. If you do not stay in one of these, I do recommend going for lunch or dinner - especially at the Belmond!
One of the most beautiful hotel properties I have seen.. stunning, lush gardens, delicious restaurants.. if it's in your budget I recommend a night or two here!
The west side is made up of three iconic towns - Soller, Deia, and Valldemossa. My recommendation would be to either stay 2-3 nights here to explore the whole coast, or spend a day driving from town to town and stop for a meal or drink in each
You can find entire blogs dedicated to Soller - it is a mountain town with an impressive cathedral and winding cobblestone streets. We stayed here for two nights and that was plenty to see everything the town had to offer. Many restaurants & hotels if you end up spending time here
Another tucked away town on the winding mountain rode with views of brick buildings stacked into the hills. Another place with difficult parking but worth at least a drive through
Stunning town situated in the middle of the mountain with impressive ocean views. Very difficult to find parking, as a heads up but worth the hassle to experience the adorable town. Many Michelen star restaurants to pick from along with family-owned more casual joints.

Restaurants scattered along the coast - my advice would be to decide where you want to spend time then look up the restaurants that are close to there.
