About

Ushuaia is where the Andes meet the Beagle Channel and all modes of transportation start to come into play. Flying into Ushuaia, the airport is only a 15 minute ride into the main town. The town itself sits on a tiered hillside from the busy port up to the mountains. It is a very walkable city, but not entirely easily accessible for those who have trouble with steep hills and steps.

For other transportation options, you could look into renting a car and traveling down to the port town or taking a bus. Flying is the most efficent, but it really depends on the purpose of your trip.
