Ushuaia - The End of the World (and the beginning of some great adventures!)
About
Ushuaia is where the Andes meet the Beagle Channel and all modes of transportation start to come into play. Flying into Ushuaia, the airport is only a 15 minute ride into the main town. The town itself sits on a tiered hillside from the busy port up to the mountains. It is a very walkable city, but not entirely easily accessible for those who have trouble with steep hills and steps.
For other transportation options, you could look into renting a car and traveling down to the port town or taking a bus. Flying is the most efficent, but it really depends on the purpose of your trip.

Restaurants
Ushuaia is a great place to try Argentinian food as well as local seafood (don't miss the King Crab!)
Shops
Being a port city, Ushuaia has many shops for duty-free, travel gifts and clothing shops if you find you might not have packed enough cold-weather clothing! Here are just a few shops, I recommend.
Other Things to See & Do
