In the mood for Asian comfort food? The Korean restaurant Camino is the place to be! Even if you are not particularly familiar with Korean food, Camino is definitely worth a visit. The restaurant is run by chef David and hostess Lynn. They fell in love instantly and decided to start their own business. It was the cover of a book by the American cultchef David Chang that gave them the inspiration for Asian cuisine.

Since its founding in 1974, it has belonged to the same individuals — an elderly couple. The contrast between them is striking — a very kind and smiling grandmother, and a grumpy and disheveled grandfather. There are over 600 varieties of beer from all over Belgium here, including many samples of the same beer from different aging years. For instance, for some Trappist breweries, several pages are dedicated to listing the years of production. If you're not sure what you're looking for, it's better to immediately seek advice from the grandmother (by the way, her name is Len, and the grandfather's name is Dirk); she is exceptionally knowledgeable about her assortment.

The Jane
@antoon
The Jane stands as an icon of culinary wonder. A collaborative masterpiece conceived by renowned chefs Sergio Herman and Nick Bril, this restaurant transcends the ordinary, captivating diners with its avant-garde approach and breathtaking setting. Housed within a former chapel, The Jane merges the divine with the culinary, offering an ambiance that is as awe-inspiring as the cuisine itself. While the Michelin-starred restaurant is expensive, an alternative is to dine at the upper bar, which offers nice plates for a more affordable price.
