If you're heading to Singapore & looking for a cool neighbourhood to stay in, I highly recommend checking out Kampong Glam, Arab Street, Bugis, or Bras Basah. These areas are some of my personal favourites to hang out in & I think you'll love them too.
Let's start with Kampong Glam - this area is full of history and character, and you'll find plenty of charming shops and cafes along Arab Street. Plus, the colourful shophouses and stunning Sultan Mosque make for some great photo ops.
This vibrant neighbourhood is home to a thriving Muslim community & is famous for its textile shops & halal food ranging from traditional Malay restaurants to a myriad of international cuisines. If you're looking for some delicious halal food or want to pick up some unique fabrics or souvenirs, this is the place to be.
If you're into shopping, Bugis is a must-visit. You'll find everything from high-end boutiques to bargain stalls at the famous Bugis Street Market. And when you're ready for a break, there are plenty of hawker centres and cafes to refuel at.
Bras Basah is a great neighbourhood for art & culture lovers. You can check out some of the city's best museums and galleries, or wander the streets & check out the many murals & street art installations.

Chinatown is a vibrant neighbourhood full of history, culture, and amazing food. You can stroll through the bustling streets, check out the traditional shophouses, and sample delicious street food like Hainanese chicken rice. Plus, it's a great location to explore some of Singapore's cultural attractions like the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple or Sri Mariamman Temple.
If you're looking for a more modern and cosmopolitan experience, CBD might be more up your alley. This central business district is home to some of Singapore's tallest skyscrapers and swankiest hotels, as well as high-end shopping and dining options. It's also conveniently located near some of Singapore's top tourist spots like Marina Bay Sands and the Gardens by the Bay.

This vibrant neighbourhood is a colourful and exciting slice of the city, filled with all sorts of delicious food, interesting shops, and amazing cultural experiences. Whether you're a foodie, a shopaholic, or a history buff, you'll find plenty to love in Little India.
One of the best things about staying in Little India is the food. You'll find all sorts of amazing Indian and Southeast Asian cuisine, from classic curries and biryanis to fresh seafood and street snacks. Plus, the prices are way more affordable than some of the fancier tourist traps in other parts of town.
But it's not just about the food - Little India is also home to some amazing cultural attractions. Check out the Sri Veeramakaliamman Temple, a stunning Hindu temple with intricate carvings and colorful statues. Or head to the Indian Heritage Centre to learn more about the history and culture of Singapore's Indian community.
And don't forget to do some shopping while you're here! Little India is known for its bustling street markets, where you can find all sorts of souvenirs, textiles, and handicrafts. And if you're looking for something a little more upscale, there are also plenty of boutique shops and high-end stores to explore.
All in all, staying in Little India is a fantastic way to experience Singapore like a local.
Nestled in the heart of Singapore, the Civic District is where all the action happens. This bustling area is home to some of Singapore's most iconic landmarks, including the Merlion, the historic Parliament House & the stunning Victoria Theatre and Concert Hall.
Staying in the Civic District means you'll be right in the middle of all the fun. You can take a leisurely stroll along the Singapore River, explore the vibrant Chinatown and Little India neighbourhoods & indulge in some of the city's best food and drinks.
But that's not all - the Civic District is also home to some of the best museums in Singapore. You can check out the National Museum of Singapore, the Asian Civilisations Museum & the Singapore Art Museum, all within walking distance of each other.
Marina Bay is a bustling, modern neighborhood that offers some of the best views of the city skyline. You can catch a glimpse of the famous Marina Bay Sands hotel, watch the nightly light and water show, and even take a stroll along the waterfront promenade. Not to mention, there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options in the area.
On the other hand, Collyer Quay is more of a historical district, but still has its fair share of attractions. You can check out landmarks like the Merlion statue and the Fullerton Hotel, or take a walk through the charming streets and alleys. And if you're into art and culture, the nearby National Gallery Singapore is definitely worth a visit.
Both areas offer great accommodation options, ranging from luxurious hotels to budget-friendly hostels. So no matter what your budget or travel style, you're sure to find something that suits your needs.

Orchard is lit with fancy malls, dope restaurants, and sick nightlife. It's super easy to get around too, with tons of public transportation options. And the best part? There's a variety of places to stay, from bougie hotels to budget-friendly digs. So whether you're ballin' on a budget or living it up, Orchard's got you covered.
Sentosa is one of the most popular destinations in the country & for good reason! The beaches are stunning, the attractions are world-class, and there's so much entertainment to choose from.
Whether you're into relaxing on the beach or seeking out adventure, Sentosa Island has something for everyone. And if you stay on the island, you'll be able to fully soak up its lively atmosphere and enjoy all it has to offer.
There are plenty of accommodation options to choose from, so you can find something that suits your style and budget. And the best part? Singapore's main attractions and shopping districts are just a hop, skip, and a jump away.
