2. Babi Guling Pak Malen

Cuisine: Traditional Balinese.

Highlights: This place is a must for those wanting to try Bali’s famous Babi Guling (roast suckling pig). The flavorful meat, crispy skin, and accompanying spices and vegetables make for an authentic Balinese experience. We went back to have this Babi Guling twice!

Highlights: Cuca is celebrated for its creative approach to local flavors. The tapas-style servings allow you to taste a variety of dishes. The honey-baked pumpkin salad and the fire-roasted seafood are standouts. Remember to make your reservation though. 

And bonus if you are a cocktail person because their 'big apple' cocktail was amazing!

One of the best soups - Lobster Bisque - I had at Shrimpis. You could taste lobster in every mouth.
