Knowing Bangkok

Bangkok is the capital city located in the central of Thailand. Bangkok divided into two main zone which are Phranakorn area and the Thonburi area. These two zones are divided by the Chaophraya river.  And yes! the amazing sceneric are mainly along the river as most of the cultures are nourishing on two sides. The tourist place like temple, park, and market are the "must visit" place where you can save up your money for your next luxury beach trip elsewhere in Thailand.

Must be noted!

- Thailand is hot and humid.

- There are many mosquitos and insects.

STAY HYDRATED AND USE INSECTS REPELLENT!

Transportation

Transportation in Bangkok is the most convenient among all the provinces in Thailand. There are many public transportation as well as the rental driver. According to my experience, I will not suggest you to rent your own motorbike or car to drive in Bangkok because the traffic around here are CRAZY!

BTS/MRT/ARL

As you can see, the plane sign on the right corner is the Suvarnabhumi airport and the one on the top corner represents the Don mueang airport.

Boat

You can also book the river cruise which will take you for a river tour while eating dinner. The price can range between 20 - 85 USD while the trip are around 1 hour 30 min to 3 hours depending on the type of boat.

Bus

Is another public transportation which I will not recommend, due to the unsystematic and the crowds on the bus. So you might want to see Taxi as the option.

Tuk Tuk

TukTuk is another recommend transportation that you must try especially when you go nearby the tourist spot on the Thonburi side. It is fun to get the ride at night so that it will not be too hot.

Taxi

Vans and Coach to other provinces

If you are planning the trip to other places in Thailand also, the Bus stations are at Morchit, Victory Monument, and Ekkamai. For the famous beach like Pattaya, Koh larn, Koh chang, or any other beaches on the eastern side of Thailand, the bus station will be found at Ekkamai BTS station on the exit 2.

Accommodations

These are accommodations I guaranteed will gives you nice experience of Bangkok and worth the price.
