Do & See
The best thing to do in Santorini is to find a spot facing the caldera and just enjoy the views. Known for having the most beautiful sunsets in the world, people flock to Oia at sundown, but the views from Fira are just as beautiful.
There is ample opportunity for shopping in the winding streets of the towns. From jewelry and art, to clothing and souvenirs, you can spend hours browsing all the little shops.
Kamari beach
@JessieWestTravel
The beaches on Santorini are on the opposite side of the island from the caldera and are pebbled, not sandy so you'll want some water shoes to wear.
Kamari beach has loungers with umbrellas to rent and the beachfront street is lined with restaurants so you can find lunch and drinks easily.

Interesting winery with a museum and art gallery. The wine is very good and they will ship to the US.

Tours
Santorini Wine Tour
@JessieWestTravel
We had a great time on a day tour with Santorini Wine Tour.
I recommend the 'Cooking Class Experience.' It includes hotel pickup/dropoff, a visit and tasting at a local winery, then a hands-on cooking demonstration with a chef and lunch afterwards.
