A Little Background

France is the most visited country in the World today. With cities offering activities that range from exploring the great outdoors, shopping in the nation's capital, or enjoying some wine in the countryside, you truly can find it all here.

Fun fact: France is the largest country in Western Europe, and even so is still smaller than the USA's state of Texas.

📍 Location

France is located in Western Europe. Its lengthy borders touch Germany, Belgium, and Luxembourg (in the north), Spain (in the south), and Italy and Switzerland (to the east).

🗓️ When to visit

The best time to visit France is in late spring during the months of April and May, or in late fall during the months of September and October. These months are favorable because the temperatures are pleasant and there are fewer crowds.

I recommend staying 10+ days to really get to experience France and all it has to offer!
