I can honestly say this is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. The location is mind-blowing as it marks the boundary where Tayrona National Park begins. This ensures no visual pollution in the landscape; you are completely facing the Colombian jungle. The hotel has rooms with views of the river, which I recommend if you're traveling with family or seeking more comfort and relaxation. Additionally, there are other rooms with a cozy cabin-like feel that face the sea, which I highly recommend. From your room, you can watch the waves break. Keep in mind that the sound of the waves can be loud, so the hotel provides earplugs. However, the experience is so special that I still highly recommend it. What makes this place unique is that it has the river's mouth into the sea (one of Tayrona's beaches) within the hotel. This is unique. You can cross and already be inside the park without paying any entrance fee. The hotel has a restaurant, and there are also more hotels in the area if you want to explore different dining options. It features several viewpoints scattered across different areas and offers some of the best sunsets you will ever see. Sometimes, you can even spot crocodiles.

Playa Los Angeles

I highly recommend this place for accommodations. It offers various types of lodging, including dorms, camping areas, hammocks, and my personal favorite, beachfront tipis. The beach is large and often uncrowded, providing a serene getaway. From the moment you arrive, you'll be captivated by the lush vegetation that defines this area. They also have a restaurant on-site. Even if you're not staying here, this beautiful beach is worth visiting. You'll need to pay for a day pass. Don't miss the viewpoint overlooking Tayrona Park, where you'll be awestruck by the vastness of the Colombian Caribbean jungle.

Rio Hostel Buritaca

The charm of this place, as its name suggests, is the river. I haven't been there personally, but it's also known for its electronic music events and social vibe. People who have visited highly recommend it and always return.

Villa Eden Palomino

They have a beautiful design with cabin-style rooms as well as more traditional hotel rooms. It is not located directly on the beachfront, which is ideal for Palomino since the tide can rise significantly and sometimes make hotel entrances challenging. The place is very peaceful, with every detail thoughtfully considered.

Another hotel with basic but charming cabins, this one is closer to the beach and located on the main avenue, where you'll find many dining options.

CosteΓ±o Beach Hostal

People love itβ€”it's not my personal favorite but the most hyped hostel in the area. The dorms are great, with beds designed for privacy. The pool area is beautiful, and they have a tattoo parlor, bar, and delicious food. Sometimes, they even have live music. However, keep in mind that the currents in this area are very strong, so swimming is not recommended.
