Yucatán Valladolid (Accommodations + food &drink)

Cremelamare
Valladolid, Yucatán; sleepy yet enchanting, a place that feels like it’s caught between the past and the present. Walking through its streets, lined with pastel-colored colonial houses, time slows down. There’s no rush here, no chaos -just the quiet rhythm of life. The colors, slightly faded under the sun, make everything look effortlessly beautiful. Mornings are peaceful, best spent with a slow coffee in the main square, watching the city wake up. By midday, the heat settles in, and the call of a hidden cenote just outside town becomes impossible to resist. Valladolid isn’t just a stop on the way to Chichén Itzá -it’s a place that lingers with you, soft and unassuming, but unforgettable.

Cenotes have been one of my biggest obsessions as long as I've been there :) this one is so beautiful with blue crystal clear water 💙 —Entrances to all of these are generally above average prices, so it's really important which one you choose because you don't want to miss out on the really good ones and I think these ones on the list are really good ones 🫶🏼

We came here to relax and drink cocoa, but I can say that I really fell in love with the mango dessert here. If you come here, be sure to try this with your cocoa! I dont remember the name of dessert but the bottom of the dessert was like a milky pudding and on top there was something like a marmalade made from mango, and it was incredible.

@cremelamare
First of all, I have to say that I really love the ambiance of this place. When we read the comments, we saw that people were divided into two regarding the food, while some people loved it very much, others had bad luck, but we were satisfied with what we ate. Its a beautiful inner courtyard with a small garden and beautiful decoration. 🌸 If you only have one day here, I recommend you give priority to other restaurants , but if you are wandering around here for 3 days like us, you can at least evaluate this place for its atmosphere. As for the food, it's all up to your luck :)
