Boutique Hotel Ca'n Bonico

We wish we would’ve stayed here for much longer than we did. This hotel uses the nearby cathedral as a backdrop to the outdoor pool area. The rooms are disconnected from the main part of the hotel, with private patios in front of the rooms. The rooms are very modern and romantic with plenty of space and have great bathrooms. The breakfast is also insane- don’t skip eating here at least once.

Hotel Hoposa Costa d’Or

This hotel is set atop a cliff overlooking the Mediterranean. The pool also backs up to this cliff making pool-side lounging here a must. The rooms have large windows that open up and look out over the Mediterranean. The bar/restaurant has great service, and you guessed it, the outdoor seating also looks out over the Mediterranean. You can also lay on your own personal cabana a level below the pool with some glasses of champagne for some privacy. Possibly my absolute favorite part of this hotel is that it has its own private beach access. We followed a trail down the cliff through the woods and arrived at untouched coastline. We picked a big rock, laid out our towels and soaked in the sounds and sights of the Mallorcan coast. You could easily spend an entire afternoon at this private Cala. On our hike back up, we passed a farm with some donkeys and lemon trees. We felt like we were dreaming.

Gran Hotel Sóller

100 yards from the doorstep of Soller’s cathedral and all of the cute cafes and restaurants, the location of this hotel could not get any better. But that’s not even the best part- head to the rooftop pool and take in the most stunning views of the spires of the cathedral with Soller’s mountains in the background. We spent an entire day lounging by the pool. This hotel is an excursion itself.

Son Niu Vell - La Hermossa

This quaint BnB right at the bottom of the hill of Valldemossa, was so cozy and perfect for our first stay. You get beautiful views of the town out your window and you only have to walk 5-10 minutes into the town center. It’s also easier to park here as it’s not in the middle of the town. The hosts were extremely helpful, spoke English, and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.
