We book by phone ( they speak English, do not worry) because it was cheaper; you can choose from different packages:

We took the Dolphin Encounter + Garrafon Park Admission package, it was amazing for everyone! Enjoy it!

If you want to go to a theme park, I recommend Xcaret, the best park in Cancun and Riviera Maya

USEFUL INFORMATIONS:

1. Have cash on you, card accepted very rare,  Mexican pesos and US dollars, no CAD.

2. Don't forget about tips- CASH :

** 1 and 5 US dollars bills- at hotels, housekeeping (1$), restaurant(1$), bartenders(1$), airport shuttle (1$), pyramid driver (5$) + guide(10$), Isla Mujeres taxi (7$ one way) 

-shuttle shared transportation service for Royal Garrafon + Dolphin Encounter: $5.00 USD per person /cash round trip and must be pay at the check in on the park

-Dock fee for Isla Mujeres round trip: 15$/person

**MXN (mexican pesos) the smallest bill is 20 MXN = 1.5 CAD

-Environmental tax at the hotel: 30 pesos/night

- Safe box : 85 pesos/day

- Pyramid protection tax: 35$/adult, 5$ (4-11 years old)

- Life jackets and lockers at Cenote: 80 pesos/person

- Picture with dolphins: around 1100 pesos ( negotiable)

3. You need an ID card for the locker on Isla Mujeres.

4. Safe box ($$) is mandatory in your room, better safe than sorry!
