Under the Swahili Tree
@csenge
They have normal options also vegetarian pizza and halloumi burger
Booming in popularity, Under the Swahili Tree is a firm family favourite since it opened in the latter half of 2022. Set in delightful gardens off Marula Lane in Karen, thereโs space for the kiddies to run around and on weekends they have a bouncy castle, make your own pizzas and often pottery making or face-painting. Thereโs a wide menu ranging from snapper tacoโs, pizzas, currys, and salads and thereโs nearly always a special think crab burgers or lamb tagine and they do a mean Sunday Roast. Emma, the owner, is excellent at setting up events, theyโve held karaoke, gin tasting nights, speed dating and art exhibitions to name just a few. I recommend you sign up to their instagram or Facebook to keep abreast of the many events
