Tamira Butler-Likely
Lives in Atlanta, GA, USA
Hello! I am Tamira and I have been a travel agent for over four years. I have curated hundreds of trips and have traveled a lot myself. I've traveled with my husband, with my kids, and with large groups. I love to explore and go on different excursions when I travel, but I believe in tailoring each trip to what the traveler wants and needs. I am certified in luxury travel and I also provide itineraries for those on a budget. I am highly trained in group travel, couples trips, and solo travel. I want more people to experience all that the world has to offer, and I am happy to help make that happen! From my clients: From the initial stages of crafting an itinerary to the seamless execution of every detail, Dr. Tamira Butler-Likely exhibited a level of professionalism and expertise that truly enhanced our travel experience. Her attention to detail, prompt responsiveness, and in-depth knowledge of Belize made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The personalized recommendations for accommodations, activities, and dining options were spot-on and perfectly aligned with our preferences. The suggested itinerary not only covered the must-see attractions, but also included hidden gems that added a unique touch to our journey. I would wholeheartedly recommend Tamira to anyone seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable travel professional. Thanks to her efforts, our trip to Belize became a cherished memory, and I am grateful for the exceptional service provided. Dr. Tamira is kind, accommodating, and so professional. I am a seasoned traveler and she is the best travel agent I have worked with. Dr. Tamira is very knowledgeable and is able to build an amazing vacation even with the tightest budget. Working with Tamira is such a pleasure! She's so responsive and answers my many questions with ease. I've booked 2 or 3 vacations with her now and every time it's amazing. She thinks of everything from travel between airports and resorts, and it's just a seamless experience.

Sarah Pollock
Lives in Madrid, Spain
Sarah Pollock is a twenty-something-year-old traveler, creative, and spiritualist. She graduated with a degree in Business Information Systems (although she did not enjoy it) and a minor in Sustainability from the University of Florida. Since embarking on her first trip abroad to Australia and New Zealand at 15 years old, she has since visited 25 countries and counting- most of them solo. She is also an avid foodie, reader, concert-goer, sitter at coffee shops, introspective thinker, and champion of small businesses. She prides herself on her romantic and nostalgic approach to seeing the world, which is reflected in the hidden gem-filled and slightly sentimental tone of her writing and recommendations. She recently spent this past school year splitting time between Tel Aviv and Be’er Sheva, Israel; teaching English to underrepresented and underprivileged children in both Hebrew and Arabic-speaking schools. She is currently continuing this work in Madrid. For more personal thoughts and musings and present updates on where she is in the world and how she’s feeling about it, consider subscribing to her bi-weekly travel newsletter, Postcards. Other subject matters, though all undoubtedly influenced by her experience living abroad, are explored through her primary publication, Older Sister (both linked in bio).

Lives in Paris, France
Hello et bonjour ! I'm (another) American in Paris. I've lived in France since 2016 and I loooove sharing my Paris & France recs in hopes I can help others love this city and country as much as I do. I'm quite confident I've seen more of France than most French people, so no matter what you're looking for, I've (probably) done it! ✅ What I'm a great fit for: Mature travelers, couples, solo travelers, and families who enjoy soaking in authentic experiences, great food and wine, off-the-beaten-track gems, classic sites, and sustainable travel. 🌱 What's sustainable travel about? Traveling in a way that is kind to the environment, respectful of local culture, & supportive of the local economy. My trip-planning services are always through a sustainable lens. ❌ What I'm not a great fit for: Travelers focused on bars/clubbing or high-end shopping. ➡️ Follow me on TikTok, Instagram & Pinterest @hilaryinparis for Paris & France recommendations, tips, personal stories, and more. 🌍 PS: I'm on Thatch because I genuinely love sharing France with folks. My day job is running Yugen Earthside, a booking platform for responsible package trips primarily catering to groups of mature American travelers. My company's website is linked below.

Lives in London, UK
Welcome to my page! 👋🏼  When I was 16, I packed my bags and left everything familiar I had ever known in my hometown of Toronto to move to Switzerland. That year away changed so much for me and had such a meaningful influence on my life, outlook and perspective. And the travel bug has been with me ever since. So after visiting nearly 50 countries, living in four, and collecting 20 years worth of adventures, lessons and insights, I’m eager to channel all of that into helping others. 🗺️ What I’m great for: mature travelers, couples, solo wanderers and families who enjoy authentic experiences, great food and drinks, a mix of classic sights and off-the-beaten-track gems, and being outside.  🌍 What you can find here: guides, itineraries, lists and self-guided tours of London, UK, Europe and beyond. I’ve only chosen some of the places I’ve been recently so everything here is fresh and relevant.  🇬🇧 My specialty: London. I’ve lived here for over 9 years and have a hugeeee treasure trove of high-quality places, intel and advice so I focus my custom itinerary and curated recommendation services on only this city. 💁🏻‍♀️ Why trust me: my track record of delighted clients speaks for itself, reflected in the wonderful five-star reviews they’ve shared 🤍 📸 Follow me on IG (@awaywithalbs) for my latest adventures. THANK YOU for being here! 🙏

The Lavender Travelers
Lives in Melbourne VIC, Australia
Welcome to the world of The Lavender Travelers! We're Jess & Julia - a Brit and an American living in 🇦🇺 Australia. As queer, 30-year-old budget travelers, we understand the importance of making every penny count while still enjoying the finer things in life. Our passion for sharing amazing local food, finding top wallet-friendly accommodation, and curating authentic experiences drives every aspect of our travel planning. Our guides reflect our current stage of life. Gone are the days of wild parties for us; instead, we embrace the motto of early to bed, early to rise (with the occasional late night thrown in still 😉). We love nothing more than people watching in a café with a morning coffee, exploring in the afternoon, then hitting the night market in the evening. We plan trips for all sorts of people, but we’re particularly passionate about connecting with those who love good food, are culturally curious, and are seeking immersive experiences that transcend the typical backpacker party scene. So whether you're yearning to wander through historic cobblestone streets or lose yourself in the vibrant colors of a bustling market, let The Lavender Travelers be your compass. With us, the world is yours to explore – authentically, passionately, and unapologetically 🏳️‍🌈. If you have any questions, send us a message! We're happy to chat any time.

Amy Is Going Places
New Pro
Lives in Johnson City, TN, USA
US native. Former resident of Romania. Current solo female globe trotter. I've ventured to more than a dozen countries across four continents as part of group tours, volunteer work, solo travel, studying abroad, and teaching internationally. I lived for over a year in Romania, many years in Tennessee, and several months in England. My travel style is slow, spontaneous, and - shall we say - richly flavorful. I prefer to stay longer lengths in places instead of having a whirlwind sightseeing venture. I'll skip the chain restaurants for a hole-in-the-wall café any day of the week. I prefer a loose itinerary and remain open to what each day brings. My favorite things to do and see as I travel are... - EAT - Try whatever is local. Order the special of the day. Talk with the restaurant staff. - WALK - It encourages me to slow down, notice, and get a feel for community. - HIKE - I'm a lazy hiker. By "hike," I mean a few hours at a slow pace. - MUSEUMS - Spend an afternoon. Read the descriptions on exhibits. Talk with the docents. Buy something in the giftshop. - CHURCHES - I'm fascinated by the various ways people have worshipped the God of the Bible over centuries and across borders. Many older churches are also museums or tourist-friendly spaces. Some additionally hold regular liturgical services. - CASTLES - Castles, fortresses, palaces, big ol' houses: these places transport me back in time. I imagine the people who built, lived in, and defended them. What would they think of how we now live? If this kind of travel sounds ideal to you, hit the Contact Me button! I'd love to help you experience slower, more meaningful travel. We'll discuss tips for how to make the most of your trip, with low stress, reasonable safety, affordability, and lots of fun. Book one of my custom services, and we'll work together to get you wheels up on your next adventure! Follow me to easily access all the resources I create.

Lives in Saugatuck, MI, USA
Take your travel advice from someone who has lived there 👀 When I started traveling full-time, I learned very quickly that travel burnout is real and changing destinations every couple of days or even weeks was really not for me. I quickly pivoted to slow travel and now spend 1-3 months in each destination I visit. Spending more time in fewer locations means I am able to truly immerse myself into local culture and connect with the community on a deeper level... And it also means I can provide the best travel recommendations! Through my own in-depth experience and tapping into knowledge of the locals I meet along the way, I'm able to provide high quality travel tips to help you make the best out of your trip! I specialize in USA Travel, where I've explored 46/50 states extensively (with plans to reach all 50 by the end of 2025). I am a proud Michigan native and will never pass up the opportunity to introduce more people to it's beauty! My work has been featured on tourism boards such as UP Travel (MI), Saugautck/Douglas (MI), TN Vacation (TN), Visit Kentucky (KY), and more. While I specialize in USA Travel, I also love sharing my international adventures. Most recently, I spent one month chasing the Northern Lights in Norway and have also traveled extensively through Europe and Central America. Check out my guides for all the insider tips you need to top destinations, or contact me to help craft your perfect trip!
