A Standard Itinerary will cover the basics of your vacation, but it may be worth the upgrade to Premium if you'd like me to include optimal times at each location, transportation logistics, and more to guarantee your trip is as smooth as possible.

In addition, you can expect the following in both service levels:

🎟️ Advance ticket purchase recommendations. Avoid the lines - and disappointment - by booking tickets ahead of time. You'll be guaranteed entrance and will enjoy walking straight in, past any lines for ticket purchases. Special call outs for combo tickets to bundle and save will also be included where available!
🧾 Location-specific packing list. This won't be a comprehensive list (surely you've remembered your socks), but it will cover some key items to toss in your bag for a truly great experience at your destination.
✨ Revisions. You'll get a chance to preview the trip before it is finalized to make sure it is exactly as you've envisioned. If something stands out or you want to make a change, your first revision is complimentary.

The Planning Process:

Trip Costs:

My planning fees start at $250 per trip which includes my time spent researching, planning, booking, and managing your trip for you. It does not include payment toward hotel, transportation, or other trip costs.

I strive to work within a range of budgets and your personal budget determines what you'll spend on your trip overall. 
As a guideline, my clients can expect to spend a minimum of $2,500 per person on a 1 week trip, not including airfare, though costs vary by time of year, length of stay, accommodation & activity choices.
