I was barely a week old when my mom took me on a plane for the very first time. And it's been hard to stay off one every since. Hi! I'm Rayna - a native Bulgarian that grew up in Poland. I was 16 when we relocated (back) to Bulgaria with my family. That's when I started discovering my country, little by little feeling those patriotic roots inside grow. A 3rd culture kid, traveling is in my DNA. As of this day, I've been to 33 countries around the world. With so much more to explore, I am trying to find a healthy balance between between traveling abroad and getting to know my own country. My friends have told me numerous times to get into the tourism business given my passion for traveling. Oftentimes I spend go on endlessly talking about Bulgaria with friends and not only. I'd be happy to take you on a journey to discover Bulgaria by sharing my experiences with you.

My travel style is solo female, group travel, low-budget, backpacker friendly and adventurous, that includes camping in the mountains or at beautiful beaches, doing sporty activities, exploring vibrant city nightlife and get to know locals with their food and culture. When I plan a trip, I love to research a lot, to be prepared for any kind of situation and also not to miss out on an amazing opportunity. I love surfing and often travel to test different beaches and spots. Our environment and nature is very important for me and I would always opt for slow and sustainable travel when possible. To most of the places in Europe I went by train or bus, so I know a lot of hacks and routes for this form of transport. I also don't eat meat, so testing all countries for their veggie foodie heavens!
