Lives in Washington D.C., DC, USA
Hey yā€™all! I'm Angie, a 50+ DC-based project manager and avid traveler. My passion for arts, culture, good food, palm trees and blue waters has taken me to some awesome places and wonderful experiences. Iā€™m forever excited about seeing new places and revisiting the ones I love. As a seasoned traveler, I have honed my skills in crafting itineraries that cater to my travel style of ā€œeasy fabulousnessā€. I love to have soul-enriching, fun experiences in fabulous locations, from city trips to foreign countries to island hopping ā€¦especially if I can do it without breaking the bank. Also, as an event manager for over 25 years, my expertise lies in the details. True, anyone can plan trips & itineraries these days, but most of my requests come from those who donā€™t want to do all the leg work or donā€™t want the stress of putting it all together. My specialty is weaving together itineraries that are hearty, fun & feel effortless. Family & friends tag along with me on trips I plan for myself because they know my planning style is going to deliver a fantastic trip. More common though are the friends who pepper me with questions around coordinating trip activities like the timing between each and managing transportation options. We are easy & fabulous over here. Gone are the days of coming home tired and needing a vacation from vacation. Check out my guides and let me help take the stress out of trip planning. Also contact me for customized itineraries and travel planning services if you want to plan your next getaway together. Subscribe to this shop so you'll know when I have new guides. Kayla Fedeson
Lives in New York, NY, USA
Hey there, I'm Kayla! I have lived in New York City for over 10 years and have been traveling the world for more than 15. Through solo travels, those with friends, and group tours, I know firsthand what places you need to see on a trip, as well as those that you should see and may have never heard of. I am a history nerd, nature junkie, and huge sports fan, so my ideal trip combines all three of these things. I love ancient sites and exploring as many around the world as I can, am trying to go to all 400+ United States National Park Sites and all 30 MLB stadiums, and travel every four years for the Women's World Cup. If you are looking for guidance on where to take a short break, longer break, or adventure, I am your go-to. I can make recommendations on where you should look, tell you all of the things you can do in your destination, as well as the things you cannot miss. As I develop this page further, I want to be a resource full of fun facts and personalized recommendations on what you should do and where you should go. I have traveled to 34 US states, plus DC and Puerto Rico, and 38 countries. I've been giving friends my extensive travel guides for free for years, so now it's my turn to share with you. Living off a credit card and minimum wage for the first year in NYC with a ton of curiosity, I had to find ways to do everything on the cheap. I went to pay-what-you-wish nights at museums, found free things to do, and still very rarely do I pay full price for a Broadway show (and if I do, I know how to save at least $10). I can tell you about a lot of fun expensive things, but if you are looking to travel on more of a budget (it's a cruel world out there), I can help with that too. Travel is my passion, but I love rock climbing, softball, running, & reading too.

Sarah Pollock
Lives in Madrid, Spain
Sarah Pollock is a twenty-something-year-old traveler, creative, and spiritualist. She graduated with a degree in Business Information Systems (although she did not enjoy it) and a minor in Sustainability from the University of Florida. Since embarking on her first trip abroad to Australia and New Zealand at 15 years old, she has since visited 25 countries and counting- most of them solo. She is also an avid foodie, reader, concert-goer, sitter at coffee shops, introspective thinker, and champion of small businesses. She prides herself on her romantic and nostalgic approach to seeing the world, which is reflected in the hidden gem-filled and slightly sentimental tone of her writing and recommendations. She recently spent this past school year splitting time between Tel Aviv and Beā€™er Sheva, Israel; teaching English to underrepresented and underprivileged children in both Hebrew and Arabic-speaking schools. She is currently continuing this work in Madrid. For more personal thoughts and musings and present updates on where she is in the world and how sheā€™s feeling about it, consider subscribing to her bi-weekly travel newsletter, Postcards. Other subject matters, though all undoubtedly influenced by her experience living abroad, are explored through her primary publication, Older Sister (both linked in bio).
