I love to explore cities by foot, taking in the sights and culture at a leisurely pace while talking to as many locals as I can! Good food, drinks, and coffee at reasonable prices are important to me. I spent a about a year traveling Europe as a solo-backpacker and I loved every minute of it! Now I am a teacher and married and we travel as often as I have school breaks. I spend my weekends on romantic getaways and my big trips are always international! Since the age of 17 I have been obsessed with immersing myself in new places and cultures. I have visited more than 40 countries in my 28 years and I have now been travelling full-time for the past 2 years, and plan to continue forever! I have travelled in many different ways and on very varied budgets. These include solo, group and family trips; backpacking, hitchhiking, camping, travel with pets, wild-camping and van-life; low budget, very low budget as well as luxury travel; work and volunteering; fast-paced to very slow-paced, and many more.
