Hi, I’m Emily. I have been an avid female solo traveler most of my adult life. I have traveled to over 27 countries, on four continents, as well as lived in three countries, and tried to learn two other languages. I studied in Chile for a semester in college. I lived in Ecuador for a year, learning Spanish and teaching English. More recently, I was living and teaching in Sweden, and also trying to learn Swedish. I love to explore places off the beaten path, creating my own itineraries, and making connections with the locals. I currently live in Saint Paul, Minnesota. I am a true Minnesotan at heart and enjoy being a local tourist in my home state. I am a travel agent, teacher, dog-walker, and notary public! Italian curious traveller - discovering new places is my favorite hobby! My name is Giorgia, I grew up in Italy and spent my whole childhood travelling around with my family. After high school I got the opportunity to go study in the US while being on a softball scholarship and of course I had to take it :) I spent two years there, until last summer I decided to follow my dreams and share my passion for travelling with others - I am now a licensed tour leader in Italy and I studied travel designing to prepare custom itineraries! I love both city sightseeing and hiking (with my dog), so I like trips that combine those two things. Hello! My name is Trent Gertz and I am 21 years old, graduating from Boise State University this May of 2024. I recently moved back to the United States after living abroad in Turin, Italy for 1 year. While abroad I discovered my passion for travel while visiting 26 different countries and 45+ breathtaking cities. I had many early wakeup calls that would start a new adventure when the alarm went off, whether it was hopping on a train, plane, bus, or locals offering rides. I have gained so much knowledge through the weekly journeys, whether that be culture, costs, transportation, dining, or housing accommodations. I feel that through all the speedbumps that each trip threw at me I now can confidently say I can effectively plan and travel all through Europe no matter the circumstances. Sarah Pollock is a twenty-something-year-old traveler, creative, and spiritualist. She graduated with a degree in Business Information Systems (although she did not enjoy it) and a minor in Sustainability from the University of Florida. Since embarking on her first trip abroad to Australia and New Zealand at 15 years old, she has since visited 25 countries and counting- most of them solo. She is also an avid foodie, reader, concert-goer, sitter at coffee shops, introspective thinker, and champion of small businesses.
