Hi Thatchers, I’m a 25 yr old who started travelling as a teenager. From working my first job as a cashier as a teenager and saving everything to pay for a trip to India at 15, I have now travelled 16 countries, predominantly solo but also on group tours and with friends. When asked where my favourite place in the world I have to say the airplane and airports. I love the sense of unknown and the challenges that go with a different place. In my down time I enjoy being a nanny and studying my Masters in Teaching. I have loved exploring most of Eastern Australia from Rocky down to Tassie and out to the Desert at Birdsville. BUT--- without missing the major landmarks of the place... I like the feeling of finding a nice "not usual" place and to be the only traveler there, full of locals, trying to remain the most "localish" possible to see the true colors and behaviors of some spots... On my trips I usually adapt either to a slow pace (as sometimes I make places my base, because I work remotely), which provides a lot of time to explore, or to a pre-determined shorter time. (from a Day-trip all over to 2 or 3 weeks) What I truly believe is part of me, is the skill to adapt to different environments with ease, and after a couple of days feel myself like at home, I genuinely feel lucky about that I can travel and connect with the world, and I would like to help more people to do it! Hi, I'm Clémentine! After several years as a Marketing Manager in France, and a 6-month work experience in Canada, I had the opportunity to manage a hotel in Puerto Viejo de Talamanca, Costa Rica. I'd already traveled to this magnificent country, and living there really immersed me in this culture of "the slow life", which has been ingrained in me ever since. After my experience in Costa Rica, I decided to discover a neighboring but lesser-known country, Panama. It was at this very moment, while falling in love with this country of many wonders, that I decided to turn my passion into my profession and share my best experiences with you. After 4 months in Panama, and thousands of memories in mind, it was time to return to Europe to enjoy some family time.
