Hello! My name is Trent Gertz and I am 21 years old, graduating from Boise State University this May of 2024. I recently moved back to the United States after living abroad in Turin, Italy for 1 year. While abroad I discovered my passion for travel while visiting 26 different countries and 45+ breathtaking cities. I had many early wakeup calls that would start a new adventure when the alarm went off, whether it was hopping on a train, plane, bus, or locals offering rides. I have gained so much knowledge through the weekly journeys, whether that be culture, costs, transportation, dining, or housing accommodations. I feel that through all the speedbumps that each trip threw at me I now can confidently say I can effectively plan and travel all through Europe no matter the circumstances. I am very knowledgeable within the USA as well as I come from a family of airline pilots and flight attendants, so I was born with the angst to see the world and understand all it has to offer. I am happy that I am now able to share my knowledge and experience with others to help others fall in love with traveling as much as I have.

Hey, Im Daisy. I have a Pomeranian and I love coffee. I started my travel journey on my gap year. Going in to my gap year I didn’t really know what I was going to do so I got a job at a coffee shop. For half the year I saved up a ton of money and became more and more interested in traveling. After the holidays I took my savings and set off to Spain and travelled around Europe. After backpacking through Europe I realized that I had found my passion! I have my own blog called Daisies Abroad and I write for the popular travel community We Are Travel Girls (as seen in Forbes, NY Times, Harper's Bazaar, and more.) Hi, I am Jiun-Wei from Tainan, Taiwan. I have been living in the UK for around a year. Over the past year, I have traveled to 19 countries on the European continent with a backpack. Overall, I have visited nearly 35 countries around the world since I was a child. Old towns, atmosphere, local food in the alleyways, architecture, etc., always bring me inexplicable peace. I am a Southern California native, mother of two, military spouse and travel lover currently located in Naples, Italy. Two of my favorite recent travels are a month long family trip to Australia and Singapore and a multi-generational Caribbean cruise. It is so heart warming to watch them make friends at a foreign playground and having an interaction with a person that doesn’t speak their same language. Now, living in Italy we have many more opportunities for travel, both throughout Europe and locally near Naples, Pompeii, and the Amalfi Coast. We have enjoyed discovering new foods, exploring language and culture. My youngest has an egg allergy that we manage so food and language intertwine often.
