Hi, I'm Clémentine! After several years as a Marketing Manager in France, and a 6-month work experience in Canada, I had the opportunity to manage a hotel in Puerto Viejo de Talamanca, Costa Rica. I'd already traveled to this magnificent country, and living there really immersed me in this culture of "the slow life", which has been ingrained in me ever since. After my experience in Costa Rica, I decided to discover a neighboring but lesser-known country, Panama. Picture yourself near the water or even at the beach ..cooking and signing and letting yourself absorb the aura from the Aegean sea. Think of a group of people celebrating life, without any specific reason, just that ..getting together over the food.
