Since 2022, that place has been Portugal (and the Azores Islands), where I have travelled at every opportunity I get - six times thus far. I'm an American in London who has lived here over 20 years. I adore travelling and our trips (my partner and I) always involve something artsy (gallery, museum), nature, exercise, wandering, good food and lots of cafe stops. Besides London have spent serious amounts of time in Paris France although my french is a work in progress. I will always try to recommend places my partner and I been to personally. We have done backpacking through Thailand, Morocco and Egypt, done mid range hotels through Europe and have done luxury too where we've eaten at Michelin Restaurants and stayed at Posh hotels. So a real range in our holidays but we always try to have a good balance in whatever we do. Hi, I'm Adeline! I fell in love with Japan on my first trip there in 2013. I was lucky enough to be able to move to Fukuoka, in western Japan, in 2014. I started a fitness studio, where I led group hikes in the countryside and taught yoga classes in English to a mix of locals and expats. In my free time, I loved going to onsen, Japanese hot springs, and learning about the traditional tea ceremony. My husband and I met and married in Japan, then moved to Colorado in 2018 where I spent several years working for InsideJapan Tours as a Travel Consultant.
