Hey, Im Daisy. I have a Pomeranian and I love coffee. I started my travel journey on my gap year. Going in to my gap year I didn’t really know what I was going to do so I got a job at a coffee shop. For half the year I saved up a ton of money and became more and more interested in traveling. After the holidays I took my savings and set off to Spain and travelled around Europe. After backpacking through Europe I realized that I had found my passion! I have my own blog called Daisies Abroad and I write for the popular travel community We Are Travel Girls (as seen in Forbes, NY Times, Harper's Bazaar, and more.) Hey! I'm Sasha and I'm an avid traveler. I find a place I like and I explore it until there is nothing left to explore. Since 2022, that place has been Portugal (and the Azores Islands), where I have travelled at every opportunity I get - six times thus far. I have explored a different location/aspect/travel modality each time. From taking trains to get around the country, to renting a manual transmission car and getting stuck in the summer heat on an uphill off-the-map backroad of a vineyard in the Douro, to cycling from Lisbon to Sintra on three broken gears - I've done it all.
