It's more of an itinerary than an impersonal listing of must-see places and "best" addresses, although you'll find plenty to add to your own interests. All the places we visited on our 71 day road trip. The route went down from Calais on the west of France for a week including another week in the Pyrenees. The north of Spain and Basque region for around 2 weeks. Down through Portugal including Porto, Lisbon and the Algarve for around 4 weeks. A few spots in the south of Spain from the drive back home which took us 10 days. Finally finishing in Bruges, Belgium. Sevilla, this cute little city, is like a gluten-free gold mine. My holiday vibes there were top-notch – people are sweet, and the whole scene is just easygoing. Now, let's talk food. Travelling is expensive: flight tickets, hotels, activities, food, souvenirs, etc. Regarding your revenues, you have to fix a budget. For my boyfriend and I, the budget for flight tickets is a maximum of 250€ for two people (only in Europe). In general, we pay less than 150€. For hotels, it is less than 100€/night. Two years ago, when we were students, the hotel budget was about 90€/night maximum. In a few words, travelling isn't impossible for a low budget.
