After five years of life at sea, he landed in New Zealand, where he now calls home. He has a love of seeing new places and has travelled to 30 countries. His favourite destination is currently Japan. Kris is a Kiwi and travel really runs in her veins. The daughter of a travel agent (who spent over 35 years helping his clients travel to their dream destinations), led Kris to a career in event management. She’s created epic adventures all around the globe in places like South Africa, Santorini, Hawaii and the Caribbean to name just a few. In Greece, like in some other places, It is part of our culture and consider yourself lucky if you ever have this opportunity. Imagine clay pots with delicious food slowly cooked over the fire. Picture yourself near the water or even at the beach ..cooking and signing and letting yourself absorb the aura from the Aegean sea. Think of a group of people celebrating life, without any specific reason, just that ..getting together over the food. This is what I visualize when I hear the word ''authentic experience'' This is what I provide ..trips that include authentic experiences. Trips that will fill your mouth with tastes that you will crave back home and you will want to try again. I believe people travel to relax, to escape, to experience something different and they want the real thing, not a tourist fast food service. 📍I've lived in Western Australia for over 16 years when I lucky enough to move here as a kid, and I made sure to take the opportunity to eat my way through the best brunch places in town, hike to beautiful waterfalls and travel extensively along WA's most gorgeous south. With New Zealand so close, I've jumped into exploring the South Island as much as I could. 🏔️ My favourite activities when I go to a new place is by connecting with nature as much as I can, and of course complete with thrilling adventures! I continue to chase after sunsets, climb mountains and swim in oceans not only in Australia but across the seas with meticulously planned itineraries filled with must-do's. Danish, spontaneous, adventurous and down to earth. Hi ya! I have been traveling as much as I could since 2020 - Yep I started traveling the most during COVID. But you know what? It actually wasn't that bad. I got to live in England and France during COVID so even though it wasn't the best time to travel I decided to make lemonade ;) Since then I have done a few backpacking travels and I am currently in New Zealand. I love exploring new countries and learn about their culture. Besides that I am a sucker for sunsets and adrenalin filled experiences! I mostly travel like a fancy budgetter🥴 I don't have a lot of money to spend on fancy hotels, dinner outs or massages alle the time, BUT I think it is important to treat yourself and buy that fancy hotel if that's what you need and can afford. I have been using the most disgusting toilets, slept with cockroaches in a floating house, endured the worst thunder and lightning in a night bus and having the worst hangovers before going on a hike. All of this is surrealistic to look back on, but in that moment it just was like that. You can't really prepare to go take a shit in a hole almost standing up. It just happens if you really have to. - Sorry for the nasty images in your head. I'm just trying to say that traveling is to me so much more than just going to a beach with the clearest blue water or watching the sunset with a cocktail in your hand. I have personally evolved and exceeded limits I never thought I would have to all thanks to being able to travel to other countries. Even though I might've scared you a bit, I promise, it's all worth it. I'm here to help you through the good and the not as good parts of traveling to other countries, but first, I need to ensure that you're prepared, confident, courageous, enthusiastic, and ready to go get the world.
