My first solo trip was when I went to Korea when I was 21! Getting around was pretty easy with Google Maps. I even managed to take the public transport on my own. I had the chance to make lots of new Korean friends, learn the song about their National flower, wander the streets of Myeong Dong and even dress in Hanboks to visit the royal palace! Why choosing to go to South Korea? In the past years , South Korea gained a lot of recognizen , because of their amazing K-dramas , music (K-pop) , tasty cuisine and diverse culture . A lot of foreigners dream to go visite South Korea or even study/live there, but where to start? I’ve been 2x to South Korea and it’s still one of my favorite destination. The first time I went alone and I did a language stay for 5 weeks and the second time I went with friends for 2 weeks . The two experiences where amazing and really different. The second time I could feel I was a lot more comfortable in Seoul, because I knew how things worked and what I needed .
