During the last 7 years I have been traveling around the world and trying to find my way to live traveling. The first 3 years I hitchhiked around South America discovering my own country Peru and visiting Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Colombia and Ecuador. After South America, 4 years ago I started my travels in Europe and Africa. I have been in Spain, France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Hungary, Slovakia, Croatia, Albania, Bulgaria, Greece, Macedonia, UK, Turkey, Poland and Morocco. I travel slow, I like to just get inmerse into a daily life as a local so I am the kind of nomad that spend months in one country or city or decide to move for a while in a new country and come back many times and see how a place has changed, how new people and new times in life can bring me new experiences in the same place. I volunteer while traveling mainly in hostels, I also use couchsurfing hosting or as a guest, sometimes wildcamping, sometimes I travel hitchiking, sometimes renting a car or with plane, train or buses. Hi there lovely souls! My name is Ann-Sofie (but everybody calls me Anso), I would describe myself as an easy-going, adventurous and spontaneous human being. My travel journey started back in January 2022 where I did my first solo trip to Portugal. After that trip, it felt like something changed. I felt totally recharged. Now I remind myself to that feeling and I continue to book these solo trips now and then. You learn SO much about yourself, about your values and beliefs, your strengths and weaknesses. It's a never ending journey. Whenever I travel, I prefer exploring off the beaten tracks and to spend as much time as possible in nature (beaches, mountains, the ocean, hiking ...) but I also enjoy local authentic villages. I love to try new things, but I always need to push myself a bit. On the other side I also love to take some deep inner rest and to focus on my wellbeing. Other than that, we love sharing a glimpse of our life. For me, travelling will always be a way to get out of my comfort zone.
