Hi, my name is Kristina and I am an adventurer passionate about slow travel. I’ve dedicated the last 5 years of my life to exploring the world, and gaining wider understanding on travel planning-especially budget friendly one! As I prioritize slow travel, I have chosen moving away from my homeland Serbia, and have spent 1 and a half year in New York, 6 months in San Francisco and around 2 years in Madrid. During my stay, I have done as much of traveling as possible, using up my days off, weekends and public holidays. I specialize in Spain, though I am not limited to it, as I’ve had a lot of experience in travel while living abroad, where I have independently planned each and every one of my adventures. My name is Ziga and I'm from Slovenia, which is the northernmost part of the Balkan peninsula. ▶️Yeah, I know you've heard about Balkan before. It is that mosaic of countries on the Eastern side of Europe, where stories and myths still live, where food is so delicious that you won't be able to stop eating (nor will Balkan people stop feeding you), where nature is so pure and unrealistic that your brain won't believe that you are still on the same planet. ▶️Well, I know this region even better. My tours were born from my passion for traveling and studying other cultures, from my avid late-night reading, and from meeting amazing, bright, and talented people from around the world. And, of course, it sprouted from my love for storytelling :). Now, there are 10 of us - guides all over the Europe and in Morocco. Hi, I'm Alysha! 👋🏻 ​ I left home in Austin, TX in the middle of September 2022 and set off on a digital nomad journey with just what my partner and I could carry with us, including our pup Arya Stark. So far we've traveled to over 15 countries! We often spend months at each destination, but we also love taking road trips to nearby countries when the opportunity presents itself. While we love a good bar as much as the next person, our real passion is finding the best food in every city from hidden gems that only the locals know about to Michelin starred high-end restaurants.
