My favorite will always be Florence, but Copenhagen, Denmark and Ljubljana, Slovenia are close seconds! Outside of travel and my day job I love to read (anything fantasy) and I spend time cooking and working out with my boyfriend. I am also an avid plant enthusiast and have over 80 plants in my 2 bedroom apartment (much to the dismay of my boyfriend). In the past 3 years I have booked several vacations for clients. The two I consider my greatest achievements were both international adventures. One was for 40 days, 4 people across 9 countries. This trip cost each person less than $6,000 each and they got to experience so many different foods, stays, activities and places! The second was a 14 day, 11 person trip across 2 countries and 4 cities. This trip was more luxurious, however, the family that worked with me saved $30,000 compared to working with a different travel agent. Hi, I'm Adeline! I fell in love with Japan on my first trip there in 2013. I was lucky enough to be able to move to Fukuoka, in western Japan, in 2014. I started a fitness studio, where I led group hikes in the countryside and taught yoga classes in English to a mix of locals and expats. In my free time, I loved going to onsen, Japanese hot springs, and learning about the traditional tea ceremony. My husband and I met and married in Japan, then moved to Colorado in 2018 where I spent several years working for InsideJapan Tours as a Travel Consultant. I started Savor and Soak Travel Co. because I have a passion travel and love talking all things Japanese culture, food, and language. Hi Thatchers, I’m a 24 yr old who started travelling as a teenager. From working my first job as a cashier as a teenager and saving everything to pay for a trip to India at 15, I have now travelled 9 countries, predominantly solo, and about to embark on an epic journey around SE Asia both solo and with some friends.
