"The Anda Venice Hostel is a nice hostel and close to the train station, but it's on the mainland of Venice. All the attractions and sightseeing is on the island. Given that it was my first time there, I didn't realize what I was doing. It turned out fine, but I needed to consider the train/bus schedules so that I could make it to the island and back on time. "One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in! They do have earplugs available, but I personally didn't notice any noise issues. That said, I was on the fifth floor.
The bar is lively once they get the DJ in, and communal/patio areas are a ton of fun! AC is PRIME TIME. Enjoy it.
Probably the best hostel breakfast I've had."
