"Head east to Multnomah Falls! This gorgeous water fall is so close the freeway
the parking lot is located between the eastbound and westbound lanes! We went
on a Saturday and it was so busy they had closed the entrance to the parking
lot from the eastbound side. So, we had to continue for a few more miles, find
an exit to turn around, and come at the lot from the westbound side. The
parking lot was full but it didn’t take very long for a spot to open up.
At the base of the Falls in Multnomah Lodge, they have
a cute little gift shop, hot/cold snacks and a full-service restaurant. To get to the bridge is
only .2 miles and is paved the whole way making it an easy walk for most. "
