"This rooftop bar is one of my new favorites with its terrace overlooking the splendid view of the historic peninsula & Galata Tower. Both the cocktails and food are delicious and reasonably priced. Personal favorites; Sour and refreshing "Verde" cocktail. Spicy "Simone" Cocktail If you visit in winter, try their pumpkin & anise cocktail. Fried Squash Blossoms with Goat Cheese and honey sauce Tip: I visited on a weekday around 5 pm, and it was not too crowded, yet if you want to guarantee a balcony seat (for the best views), you can make a reservation. The bar is located in the 6th floor of the Ruz Hotel."

"Simone is a place that can be enjoyed at any time of the day, from breakfast to cocktails.🍹 There is also a DJ performance some evenings. The reason why I select Simone as slow evening option is that I generally prefer here for a pre-dinner cocktail at sunset. The view is perfect! "
