"On the other side of Arthur's Seat, there's this little seaside town. A must if you're visiting during summer. Ice cream shops, colorful houses, bike lanes, pastries shops. All you need to relax by the sea!
To go there you just need a bike, or if you're up to it, just walk, it takes 1 hour more or less!
P.S.: the water is waaaay colder compared to the Mediterranea sea! "

"Incredibly popular with the locals on a sunny day, Portobello beach is often overlooked by tourists visiting the capital.
The water may be chilly but there are a number of fantastic bars and restaurants in the area to visit. Plus, where better to eat fish and chips than by the sea? "

"Escape the hussle and bussle of the city and take a long walk at the beach. Easiest way to get there is to crab a uber or a cab. It only takes 25 minutes and costs around 12 pound per way. "
