"Located at the Blue Lagoon, Moss is a very elevated dining experience that happens to be able to modify their set tasting menu to be celiac-safe. Actually, the large majority of their tasting menu is naturally gluten-free, they just replaced a few garnishes and gave me gluten-free bread. This was an absolutely exquisite experience...the food was delicious, the presentation was remarkable, and the service was top-notch. I was able to personally speak with the chef to get all my questions answered and they did a wonderful job assuring me they can avoid cross-contact in their kitchen. Moss was recommended by the 2022 Michelin Guide and is definitely a higher price point splurge."
