What people say

"The construction of the Church of Saints Peter and Paul began in the late 17th century and spanned over several decades. Funded by the powerful Pac family, the church was intended as a monument to their wealth and piety. Considered a masterpiece of Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth Baroque architecture, the Church of Saints Peter and Paul stuns visitors with its ornate facade, elaborate stuccowork, and captivating sculptures. The church's exterior boasts a symphony of curves, columns, and sculptures depicting religious figures and biblical scenes. The vibrant facade, painted in pastel hues, adds to the visual feast. Step inside the church and be awestruck by the intricate details that adorn the interior. The high vaulted ceilings are adorned with frescoes, while the walls are embellished with stuccowork depicting religious narratives. The gilded altars and the ornate pulpit further enhance the church's grandeur."

"🇬🇧This church has beautiful statues and decorations in the Baroque style inside. It is possible to turn on the light (because otherwise only daylight illuminates the interior) by putting a 2 euro coin in a device at the back of the church. 🇫🇷Cette église a de belles statues et décorations dans le style baroque à l’intérieur. Il y a possibilité d’allumer la lumière ( car sinon seule la lumière du jour éclaire l‘intérieur ) en mettant une pièce de 2 euros dans un dispositif au fond de l’église."

"Considered one of the most beautiful Catholic churches in the world! "
