"This quirky little spot makes cocktails by extracting liquid from many ingredients including meat, fish, insects and plants. They offer a non-alcoholic and vegan tasting menu as well. They offer a 2 hour Omakase tasting menu which includes: ・ 6 cocktails + 5 snacks + tea ceremony = 8800 yen ・They are only available with reservations, I've provided a link to their page. Reservations are accepted for 1 to 4 people. ・The time it takes to enjoy tasting course & tea ceremony is approximately 2 hours. Notes from the shop: *Cocktails can be enjoyed in small quantities with low alcohol content. "
