"Just 40 minutes from Shinjuku, Yokohama makes a great getaway from Tokyo. It has many things to do so be ready to spend a whole day here. My favorite places in Yokohama : • Shin-Yokohama ramen museum. There are nine ramen restaurants where you can taste different types of ramen (they have vegetarian ramen too). You can feel the atmosphere of the old Tokyo Shitamachi district from 1958, the year ramen was created. • Yokohama Chinatown. The largest Chinatown of Japan with a lot of restaurants, food stalls and souvenir shops. Very colorful. • Minato Mirai 21. I really enjoy the futuristic vibe it gives off. There is an amusement park, a Cup noodles museum where you can make your own cup noodles, the Lamdmark tower with an observation deck on the 69th floor, a 600-meter long ropeway, Yokohama museum of art and some other museums. "Visit the port city of Yokohama (横浜), which is the second largest city in Japan. You can easily get there by rail from Tokyo in about 20 minutes (for options, see https://www.japan-guide.com/e/e2360.html). There are many sights to visit, including Yamashita Koen park (山下公園) and Sankeien Garden (三溪園), as well as the seaside urban area of Minato Mirai 21 (みなとみらい 21), the Cup Noodle Museum, Ramen Museum, and Japan's largest Chinatown! ~ Yamashita Koen - https://www.japan-guide.com/e/e3204.html ~ Sankeien Garden - https://www.japan-guide.com/e/e3205.html ~ Minato Mirai - https://www.japan-guide.com/e/e3200.html ~ Cup Noodle Museum - https://www.japan-guide.com/e/e3212.html ~ Ramen Museum - https://www.japan-guide.com/e/e3202.html ~ Chinatown - https://www.japan-guide.com/e/e3201.html "
"🇬🇧 My home for 3.5 years: I have so many recommendations! 🥰 Here you will find amazing night views (better than in Tokyo 🤫), the biggest China Town in Japan, many free garden spots in Spring, a ramen museum where you can make your own Cup Noodle...! __________________________________________________________________ 🇪🇸 Mi hogar durante 3.5 años, ¡tengo muchísimas recomendaciones! 🥰 Aquí encontrarás unas vistas nocturas espectaculares (mejores que en Tokio 🤫), el mayor China Town de Japan, muchos jardines con flores gratuitos en primavera, un museo del ramen donde poder hacer tus propios Cup Noodle...!"
