Even if you have more than a day in Berlin, I'd recommend this guide to distinguish the top sights and get a feel for their costs. Please note that I am not someone who enjoys clubbing, so I have not included any clubbing/drinking attractions in this guide.

We had the unique experience to explore town while Germany is hosting the 2024 European Soccer Championship. A few spots have been closed due to their fan zone that would normally be open during the year. This has made it a fun way to experience the people and culture of Germany. 

Berlin is well known for their eclectic and lively nightlife scene. While this is not something we did much with, it makes for a great way to spend the evening for those 18 and older.

Berlin, Germany | An Authentic Guide

Berliner Fernsehturm

You can see the TV tower from everywhere in Berlin - seriously. Built between 1965 and 1969 the TV tower is the tallest structure in Berlin, and has great views over the city. The TV tower is kid-friendly. It also has a restaurant (a bit pricey, and you have to book in advance as a general rule). But during a meal, the restaurant will rotate a full 360 degrees, giving you beautiful views while you dine. 

The TV Tower is officially called Berliner Fernsehturm. It's the tallest structure in Germany at 368 meters.
Built by East Germany (1965-1969), it's now a popular tourist attraction.
Offers stunning views from its observation deck and a unique dining experience at its revolving restaurant.

La entrada cuesta 22 euros por persona, después también tenes un restaurant y un bar pero incluso para entrar te cobran también. En la pagina web tienen distintas opciones, pero no se que tanto valdrá la pena por el precio. 

If I had more than one day in Berlin I likely would have gone here, but had limited time and a strict budget! I've heard lots of people enjoy it.

The center of the city is easy to find if you navigate to the TV tower, the tallest building in Germany.
