Manneken Pis Nieuwendijk

"Known as the number 1 fries place in Holland, Manneken Pis is a must-visit on your Amsterdam trip. It's a grab-and-go stall that pretty much only makes fries with different sauces. They were very educated about food allergies and cross-contact safety. They told me that they do make a few other snack foods that contain gluten but the only thing that ever goes in the fryers is the fries which are GF. Then they handed me an allergen sheet to see which sauces were safe. I felt very safe eating here and the fries were so delicious we stopped multiple times!"
