Roxana Crihana
"The Racławice Panorama is a branch of the National Museum in Wrocław, founded in 1893 in Lviv, relocated to Wrocław in 1980. It exhibits the cycloramic painting (a 360 degrees painting) "The Battle of Racławice" painted between 1893 and 1894 by a team of painters under the direction of Jan Styka and Wojciech Kossak. The oil painting depicts the Battle of Racławice (1794), the victory of Polish forces under the command of General Tadeusz Kościuszko over Russian forces under the command of General Alexander Tormasov. It is a very different experience, seeing a 360 degrees painting compared to seeing a normal painting in a museum. "
