"Togni's Cafe is the same owner as Togni's Pizza just two doors down. The same amazing bread recipe is used in both places.
This cafe is long and thin, but there are a number of tables in the very back. They have homemade bagels, bread, pumpkins, cookies, etc. They also have several sandwich options. All heavenly.
The people who work here are also incredibly kind.
You need to wait in line and order and pay at the front of the cafe. Once your food is ready, they will either bring it to you or call your name.
I went on a Friday at 11am and had no problem at all to get a table.
I ordered a cappuccino and a bagel with cream cheese for a total of 900 pesos."

"Spectacular pastry and coffee window near Barrio Chino. There’s also indoor and outdoor seating if you want to stay and hangout for a bit, as well as a top-rated pizza shop next door run by the same owners."
