"A classic must see! There are public restrooms available here. The beach is in the heart of the town so there are many food and drink options that are easily accessible here. It’s definitely a good way to spend the day. Don’t forget to walk out on the pier and take in the views of the beach surrounded by mountains!"

"A beautiful stretch of sand and a variety of waves for all levels (head east toward the pier for a gentler surf!). Great views of the coast. There are a few parking areas, but most ample lot is Black Pot Beach parking, which is walkable to shops/restaurants in Hanalei."
