"Created James Beard Award winner Erick Williams, Virtue Restaurant is serving up Southern American cuisine with a focus on warm hospitality and delicious food. They take inspiration from classic Southern cooking while adding their own unique touches, creating hearty, comforting dishes that showcase seasonal ingredients. Some favorites include the short rib served with creamed spinach and potatoes or the blackened catfish on top of a bed of carolina gold rice.
