The South African Garden Route is a 300-kilometer stretch that rounds the coast of South Africa extending from the Western Cape to the Eastern Cape. The route takes you on a journey where you consistently see mountains to one side and the Indian Ocean to the other. From incredible scenery to lush plant-life, to local stops along the way it’s the perfect international road-trip. This Destination will tell you about each area, provide accommodation recs, food and drink stop, and exploration recommendations for the following stops: Camps Bay, The Heads, Knysna Central, Port Elizabeth, Stellenbosch

South Africa has always been on my travel bucket list, and I’m happy to say it totally lived up to the hype! I had the best time exploring the Garden Route on a road trip and going on incredible safaris.From stunning landscapes to up-close wildlife encounters, every day was an adventure.
