"If you've been around the celiac community for more than 5 minutes I'm sure you've at least heard of Holidaily Brewing. They are arguably the most popular gluten-free beer company in America. It's common to find "gluten-free" beers that are made from gluten-containing grains (because people believe the distillation process kills gluten) but this isn't the case with Holidaily Brewing. They only use 100% GF grains like millet and buckwheat so rest assured you can drink without fear. They have 2 taprooms in Colorado and I highly recommend checking them out during your visit. The Golden location has a rotation of gluten-free food trucks parked out back almost every day including a 100% GF bbq pork truck!"
