"Mostly only known to locals, this hidden warehouse housing a mini skate bowl is located in Amsterdam’s Noord area. As well as skate sessions, it’s the perfect hangout for coffee, drinks or even dinner, offering a full á la carte menu with a variety of seasonal dishes.
The owner Colin Vlaar was once a welder and ramp builder at Nine Yards skatepark, before he decided to open an establishment which merges skateboarding, live music, DJs and parties all under one roof.
I particularly liked the DIY style of this truly alternative haunt with local artwork and graffiti decorating the walls and vintage vehicles dotted around the place. You can tell a lot of thought and hard work has gone into making this independent venue so unique and in my opinion, that’s what really sets it apart. Plus, if you are visiting during the summer months, they have a great outdoor seating area lined with picnic benches which make it the ultimate spot for drinks on a sunny day.
Grab a seat and watch the skaters rip up the ramps or, if you are feeing adventurous, book a lesson for yourself!
Tip: Before visiting check their website for opening hours as they are currently closed on Sundays – Wednesdays. "

"One of the most particular club in Amsterdam, situated in the Noord of the city. During the day are served several particular dishes (local as well as revisited), after 10 pm it becomes a club and you can dance and have fun in an inernational environment. The best feature is undoubtedly the skate park located inside the restaurant.
price range: low/medium (10-20€)"
